  • Data Questions:

    Q) When will I receive the purchased healthcare provider data files?
    A) NPPES Complete, State and Speciality data will be available immediately for download after the purchase is complete successfully. When you login to the site, click "Available Downloads" under "My Account" Menu.

    Q) When will I receive my NPI Data Services eDirectory?
    A) NPI Data Services eDirectory will be available immediately for download after the purchase is complete successfully. When you login to the site, click "Available Downloads" under "My Account" Menu to download your eDirectory.

    Q) How often the data are updated?
    A) NPPES publishes the updated data every month. Data will be updated within 24 hours in most cases.

    Q) Do you inform me when the updated files are available?
    A) Yes, we send out a courtesy e-mail to our customers if requested.

    Q) Is the data compatable with my application or software?
    A) The file is in a comma separated text file which should be compatable with most software. Check with your IT department or vendor to make it sure.

    Q) How many times will I be able to download the purchased data files?
    A) You will be able to download once from "Available Downloads" under "My Account" Menu. If you need to re-download, please send us a request thru our contact us page. We will be happy to make the file(s) available for you. Please reference your order number.
  • Payment Questions:

    Q) What credit cards do you take?
    A) Yes. We process the payments thru stripe.

    Q) Does price is inclusive of taxes?
    A) Yes, Our product price is inclusive of any applicable taxes.

    Q) Can you sell with purchase orders?
    A) Yes. Please contact us thru contact us page.

    Q) Do you ship the data thru CD or DVD?
    A) Sorry, we don't do any shipment at this time.
  • Webservice Questions:

    Q) When will I receive the access details for Websservices?
    A) The user id and pass word will be sent out in a separate e-mail immediately after the purchase is complete successfully.

    Q) Can I renew my webservice access?
    A) Yes, You can renew the Provider data webservice access before it expires. After the renewal, the same user id and pass word will continue working. You can not renew other type of webservices at this time. Contact us thru our Contact US page.

    Q) Do you have free web service?
    A) Yes. ProviderLite is a free web service.

    Q) What is the difference between Provider Web service and ProviderLite web service?
    A) Provider Web service is paid and it obviously has more search functionalities. Please refer the documentation sections.

    A) Technical support is available via e-mail. You will receive a response from one of our representatives within one business day.
